MaxQDA : Web Scraping at Your Fingertips

MaxQDA is a qualitative data analysis tool that, in addition to allowing for rich analysis of data, has built-in web scraping tool that automate the data collection process. You can easily pull Twitter, YouTube, and other data.

How to use

MaxQDA's Twitter scrape only requires a Twitter account that you verify via the browser. For a brief guide on how to get the Twitter plug-in working, see these slides. For this tech tutorial, I will walk everyone through using this plug-in realtime in addition to exploring some of the other possibilities.
