University organizations have porous boundaries. CONNECTIVITY is co-located with the Software Engineering Research Lab, where much collaboration and co-advising ensues. Additionally, the entirety of our lab is part of Project EPIC, an NSF- funded research program. We are proud to work closely with these people & programs:

Project EPIC: Empowering the Public with Information in Crisis

We are a diverse team of researchers working on related problems across multiple disciplines. We bring together skills in computer science, information science, social science, communication, journalism, environmental engineering, natural language processing and linguistics. Though a main emphasis of our group is crisis informatics, we conduct research in other areas of Human-Centered Computing (HCC) as well.

It is a fantastic team and I am honored to work with them.
