The course syllabus. (The syllabus is publicly available, but the destinations of the links contained therein are only accessible to students enrolled in the course on a course-dedicated Google Drive).

Materials

You will be reading two volumes, and a chapter that will be available for download.  Additional papers that are assigned to all as part of the course will be linked to in the Syllabus above. Additional texts for this course will consist primarily of conference and journal publications that are all available online via university site licenses. You will need to be logged in to the university network or connected via VPN to access these articles for free.
